When you think of Brittle most people think of Peanut Brittle. Since I make these brittles in small batches I offer you a variety of Nut Brittles. If you haven’t tried any of these different nut brittles I hope you will, I have the standard Peanut, but how about Almond, Cashew, Macadamia Nut, Pecan, Pistachio, or Mixed Nut. Soon I will offer Pepito Brittle (Pumpkin Seed), and Sunflower Kernel. Soon I will offer several varieties of Dipped Brittles, Peanut Brittle dipped in chocolate, Macadamia Nut Brittle dipped in White Chocolate and a Pecan Brittle dipped in Butterscotch.
